1. Who we are

Meridian Yacht Week ("Meridian", "we", "us") arranges seven-day sailing holidays and yacht charters on the coastlines featured on this site. In these terms, "you" means the person browsing the site or making a booking.

This site is a demonstration catalogue and booking front-end. Payment and final charter contracts are completed with our booking partner; those steps carry their own terms, which are shown to you before you pay.

2. Bookings and payment

Prices are shown per week and, where indicated, per person. They are quoted in euros and may change until a booking is confirmed. The deposit and any balance, the cancellation window and what is included in the charter are presented to you at checkout before you commit.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation by email. Until then, availability shown on the site is indicative and can change.

3. Your responsibilities on board

The lead guest must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate crew and contact details, to follow the instructions of the skipper and local authorities, and to treat the yacht and its equipment with reasonable care.

Sailing plans can be changed by the skipper for safety or weather reasons. Your safety and that of the crew always comes first.

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and amendment rights depend on how far ahead of departure you cancel and are set out in the booking terms shown at checkout. Where a cancellation window applies, the applicable refund is processed to your original payment method.

5. Accounts

You may create a customer account to view and manage your bookings. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photography, branding and design on this site are owned by Meridian or used with permission. You may view and share links to the pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content commercially without our consent.

7. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
